Our Process For Interior Painting

  • Furniture in areas to be painted will be moved as needed.  

    Floors will be protected with rosin paper, plastic or drop cloths. Cabinets, countertops and fixtures will be carefully masked and protected to prevent any overspray. 

    Outlet plates, Light fixtures, vents and hardware will be removed.

    Doors will be taken off and numbered.

    Drywall will be patched as needed to match existing texture as close as possible.

    All areas that have been repaired or scraped to the bare substrate will receive an appropriate primer prior to top coat.

  • Walls and ceilings will receive two coats of premium quality 100% acrylic flat or eggshell enamel (Behr Premium Plus) applied at package consistency, without thinning. Final coat will be back rolled.  

    Baseboards will receive two coats of premium quality 100% acrylic satin or semi-gloss enamel (Behr Premium Plus) applied at package consistency, without thinning.

  • Up to three colors can be selected from the Behr color deck at no additional cost (Main color, Trim color, Accent color)

  • All work will be performed by experienced professionals, at a minimum of inconvenience to the residents. All employees will wear company identification clothing and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.  

    All work areas will be left clean and orderly at the close of each workday. All equipment, materials and tools will be removed from the work site on a daily basis.  

    All workmanship provided by Arizona Paint Professionals will be guaranteed to meet or exceed industry standards as regulated by the Contractors State License Board.  

  • Arizona Paint Professionals will guarantee surfaces against paint peeling caused by improper preparation and material application for a period of 5-years from time of completion. Physical abuse, flat horizontal surfaces, water contact with painted areas, structural/ moisture-related problems, and other paint failures due to conditions beyond Arizona Paint Professionals control are excluded.

    The guarantee becomes effective upon substantial completion of the specific building. Valid warranty claims shall be corrected on a priority basis.
